Old way: a Doctor with one location pays all expenses such as rent, employees (Receptionist, Intake person, Office Manager, Medical Assistant, Nurse, Billing and Collection Staff, Marketer and etc.)
New Way: Management Company has several locations, fully trained staff such as front office, back office, Managers and Marketers. Accordingly, the costs are shared among several doctors, it will cut cost of operation, expand geographic locations, increase patients, and allow doctors to concentrate on treatments NOT the business aspects of the operations.
